Updated Terms and Extract from Current SLA (Clause 1)
I am experiencing non renewals of RSDU Licenses from Clients after sending out Annual Maintenance Service and License fees Invoices.
This is obviously due to the current Covid 19 Lock down situation and many projects put on hold and Clients needing to look at their budgets, and cutting costs where possible.
I have the utmost empathy with all my clients and find myself in the same boat as you.
I have for the past 5 years not increased any License fees, as a gesture to you for being a valued client
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING ADDITION TO THE SLA
Nonpayment of the Annual License Fees, the Client understands and agrees that the initial purchase to the use of the software may be forfeited.
The License fees be paid for the next yearly term with a re-connection fee
of R 2 000.00)
